Balato8 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Balato8 platform, accessible at balato8.app and through any related mobile interfaces. The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Balato8 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

By completing registration, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on Balato8, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside the Balato8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Balato8. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the more specific document applies to that promotion.

Section 2

Eligibility

To use Balato8, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Balato8 does not permit players under the legal gambling age in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or be a Philippine citizen permitted to access online betting services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of Balato8, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily excluded yourself from Balato8.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, company, or entity.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by local law.

Section 3

Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one active Balato8 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through related payment methods — is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your Balato8 account details — including your password and contact information — up to date. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else. Balato8 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials.

Account verification requires a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's licence, UMID, or PhilSys card). Balato8 may request additional verification at any time. Accounts that fail verification or provide fraudulent documents will be suspended and referred to the relevant authorities where required.

Section 4

Deposits & Payments

Balato8 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100.

Funds deposited into your Balato8 account are held for gaming purposes only. Balato8 does not pay interest on player balances. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — Balato8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

• Balato8 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya typically reflect in your Balato8 account within minutes.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet generally settle within the same business day.
• Balato8 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large or unusual deposits.
• Depositing funds for purposes other than personal betting and gaming on Balato8 is prohibited.

Section 5

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Balato8 account can be made to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the method supporting withdrawals. Balato8 processes withdrawals to GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100.

Full account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Balato8 may request additional documentation — such as proof of the payment method ownership — before releasing a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals are processed after review and most GCash withdrawals are completed within a few business hours after approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to two business days.
• Balato8 does not process withdrawals to accounts other than those in your name.
• Balato8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

Balato8 offers various promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and the Refer a Friend program. Every promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for reading all promotion-specific conditions before accepting any bonus.

Key principles that apply to all Balato8 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible verified accounts only. Balato8 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements — the number of times a bonus must be played through before withdrawal — are stated in each promotion's individual terms. These must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum odds requirements and eligible markets for sports betting bonuses are specified in the promotion details.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unmet wagering requirements and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited at expiry.
• Attempting to abuse or exploit bonus structures — including placing opposing bets to guarantee a payout regardless of outcome — is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• Balato8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Section 7

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Balato8 are final once confirmed. Balato8 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and confirmed via the bet slip. It is your responsibility to verify all selections, odds, and stakes before confirming.

• Balato8 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error — before or after settlement.
• In the event of a disputed result or a result that cannot be confirmed, Balato8 may delay settlement until the outcome is officially confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• Where a match, event, or game is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Balato8 will settle bets in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport or game type.
• Balato8 casino and card game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Results are final once a game round is completed.
• Balato8 reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict markets for any player at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Bets placed after a sporting event has concluded — regardless of how the bet was submitted — will be voided.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Balato8 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating multiple Balato8 accounts, whether personally or through proxies.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using Balato8 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in card games such as Pusoy.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Balato8 platform.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through accounts belonging to other people.
• Attempting to abuse bonus structures through matched betting, arbitrage, or other schemes designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Accessing Balato8 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, using VPN or other masking tools to conceal your location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Balato8 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

Balato8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

Balato8 will act on credible reports that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm. This may include applying temporary restrictions on an account, requiring the player to engage with responsible gaming resources, or enforcing a self-exclusion at the player's request.

Players who self-exclude from Balato8 must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during the exclusion period. Balato8 will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that all access attempts will be blocked across all devices. It is the player's responsibility to manage their own access during an exclusion period.

Section 10

Privacy & Data

Balato8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Balato8 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your consent. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the Balato8 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of Balato8 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Balato8 content without prior written permission.

Access to the Balato8 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

Balato8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous and secure access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Balato8 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from account access by an unauthorised third party where you shared your credentials.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or delays outside Balato8's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform that was temporarily inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses connected to your use of Balato8.

Balato8's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the cause of action arose.

Section 13

Changes to These Terms

Balato8 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify players via the email address registered to their account and/or through a notice displayed on the Balato8 platform. The updated Terms will indicate the date they were last revised.

Continued use of the Balato8 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using Balato8 and contact support to close your account.

Section 14

Account Termination

You may close your Balato8 account at any time by contacting support@balato8.app. Any available balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification and the terms governing any active bonuses.

Balato8 may suspend or close your account with or without notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Balato8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Regulatory requirements or law enforcement directives require us to do so.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with Balato8's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Balato8 reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation. Any balances found to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

Section 15

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of Balato8 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through Balato8's internal complaints process.

Balato8 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming and betting. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their own jurisdiction.
